Life with no parole for deadly N.J. carjacking

MAYS LANDING, N.J. - April 3, 2009

Forty-year old /*Walter Dille*/ will spend the rest of his life behind bars with no possibility of parole.

Dille was convicted in February of shooting 44-year old /*Cindy Cade*/ in the head during an attempted robbery and carjacking in the Regal Cinema parking lot in Hamilton Township in December 2005.

Cade, a mother of two, went to the movie theater the day of the shooting to buy tickets for a show that night, according to prosecutors.

During the trial one of two eyewitnesses detailed how Dille yelled to her to get back in the car. The killer fired a shot at close range and fled. She died from a single gunshot wound to her head.
