A Mays Landing, New Jersey man was sentenced today for the savage murder a Galloway Township woman.

Forty-year old Walter Dille will spend the rest of his life behind bars with no possibility of parole.

Dille was convicted in February of shooting 44-year old Cindy Cade in the head during an attempted robbery and carjacking in the Regal Cinema parking lot in Hamilton Township in December 2005.

Cade, a mother of two, went to the movie theater the day of the shooting to buy tickets for a show that night, according to prosecutors.

During the trial one of two eyewitnesses detailed how Dille yelled to her to get back in the car. The killer fired a shot at close range and fled. She died from a single gunshot wound to her head.

Dille was found guilty on all counts, including murder, felony murder, robbery, car-jacking, hindering apprehension, tampering with evidence, and weapons offenses.
