Pistol-packing folks are being invited to a picnic this Sunday in a La Crosse County, Wis., public park.
Organizer Hubert Hoffman says there will be free burgers and brats for the gun lovers.
The picnic is to celebrate an opinion from the state attorney general, saying that citizens who openly carry firearms shouldn't be cited for disorderly conduct.
Local sheriff's department officials say Hoffman is "legally entitled" to host the armed outing.
