Once they arrived, they found 41-year-old Derrick Hooey shot. He was pronounced dead at Christiana Hospital.
On Thursday, police announced the arrest of D'Andre Rogers, 24.
He was picked up by U.S. Marshals in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Police say Rogers will be extradited to Delaware after a hearing.
