Woman rescued from raft

BOWMANSTOWN, Pa. - June 20, 2009 It happened just before 3:00 p.m. in the Lehigh River between Perryville and Bowmanstown in Carbon County.

A woman had to be rescued after her raft overturned in the raging water.

She was taken to a local hospital.

There is no word yet on her condition.

The incident is under investigation.
