Car on Route 40 kills pedestrian

BEAR, Del. (AP) - November 3, 2009

Police say when troopers arrived at the scene Monday evening they found the struck teenager.

Police say he was crossing westbound Route 40 near Rickey Boulevard when a car hit him. They did not identify the boy.

Authorities are still investigating the incident.
