It happened around 6:30 a.m. on County Line Road just east of Bradford Road.
Police say the victim, Joseph Owsiak Sr., of North Wales, was driving his Ford Edge and lost control on ice. His vehicle slid into the opposing lane and struck a
2007 Dodge Van driven by Dennis Fesmire, 36, of Hatboro.
As a result of this crash, and the slick road conditions, there were several other accidents at the scene.
Police said as many as eight vehicles were involved.
This crash remains under investigation.
