According to police, the crash occurred when 17-year-old Matthew Wesolowski of Schwenksville was traveling eastbound with his passenger, another 17-year-old, on Games Farm Road in a 2008 Hyundai Tiburon.
At the same time, 34-year-old Angel Morales of Souderton was traveling westbound with his passenger, 32-year-old Jodie Morales, in a 2004 BMW.
Wesolowski lost control of his vehicle and hit Morales' vehicle head-on.
Matthew Wesolowski and Jodi Morales were pronounced dead at the scene.
The passenger in Wesolowski's vehicle and Angel Morales were transported to the hospital in serious condition.
State police are investigating.
