The state Board of Education on Thursday approved forgiving the three days - Feb. 10, 11 and 12 - because of last month's storm that prompted Gov. Jack Markell to declare a state of emergency because of hazardous road conditions.
The state board also said students and teachers in Kent and Sussex counties do not have to make up Nov. 13, when schools were closed because of flooding.
