Man shot, killed outside N. Philly home

NORTH PHILADELPHIA - July 18, 2010

The shooting took place at approximately 11:45 p.m. Saturday along the 2300 block of Mutter Street.

Police say a gunman approached the 25-year-old victim, who was sitting in front of his home with some friends. They say the suspect began talking to the man, then pulled out a gun and shot him in the head and chest.

The victim was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital.

His killer hasn't been caught.
