It happened Thursday about 3:45 p.m. Troopers say the car was traveling south on Route 13 when the driver made an abrupt lane change.
The driver lost control of his vehicle in the snow and slush, and it rolled several times.
The car went into a parking lot, hit three vehicles, went back onto Route 13 and came to rest on the driver's side.
Thirty-four-year-old Londell Wiggins, the driver, and a passenger were taken to Christiana Hospital in stable condition. The crash is under investigation.
