A 23-year old male bicyclist was struck and killed along southbound Route 1 just south of the Trenton, Lawrence Township border.
The deadly crash happened shortly after 5:30 p.m. Monday.
The identity of the victim has not been released.
The exact details of the accident are still being investigated.
Chopper 6 HD captured a damaged bicycle at the scene as well as a car with significant damage to the front end and windshield.
Police say the accident resulted in significant backup of traffic in the area.
