The crash happened around 1:00 p.m. near boat house row.
Police say a male motorcyclist lost control of his bike, hit a parked car, and then a brick wall.
When medics arrived they found two people on the roadway.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
A female passenger was taken to Hahnemann Hospital in critical condition. Kelly Drive was shut down in both directions in the area of the crash while police were on the scene.
