At around 7:00 p.m., authorities and medics were called to a home on the 1500 block of North Gratz Street.
Police say a 3-year-old girl was on the top bunk bed at her aunt's house when she leaned against an open third story window and fell to the ground below.
The girl was crying and talking when medics arrived.
She was transported to Saint Christopher's Hospital for Children in critical condition, but is conscious.
Police say that no foul play was involved.
