The viewing for Rep. Donald Payne, the first black congressional member from New Jersey, is due to start at 1 p.m. Monday and continue overnight until 9 a.m. Tuesday at the Historic Essex County Courthouse in Newark.

Superior Court cases scheduled for Monday in that courthouse are being relocated.
