Padge Windslowe's bail was lowered from $10 million to $750,000 at a court hearing Friday. Defense lawyer Chris Mannix says it's not clear if the 42-year-old Windslowe can post the lower amount.
She is charged with aggravated assault and deceptive practices.
Police say an exotic dancer suffered serious lung problems following a buttocks-enhancement injection last month.
Meanwhile, Windslowe remains "a person in interest" in the death of a 20-year-old London woman who died after receiving injections at an airport hotel in Philadelphia last year.
Authorities are waiting on test results from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration before issuing a cause of death.
