NJ authorities charge man in 4 bank robberies

MORRISTOWN, N.J. (AP) - October 12, 2012

David Carroccia faces four counts of bank robbery and one count of attempted bank robbery.

Reports say an off-duty Mount Olive detective spotted the Warren resident's Mitsubishi Galant on Route 78 that matched a description of the getaway car.

The 28-year-old Carroccia was caught on surveillance pictures dressed in a suit jacket and tie and wearing a hat. He is being held on $500,000 bail.

The suspect's mother tells the newspaper her son recently finished computer school and told her had recently landed a job in New York that was supposed to start this week.
