5 wanted in hard hat jewelry heist in Flemington, NJ

FLEMINGTON, N.J. - May 6, 2013

The Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office says the suspects stormed into Roman Jewelers in Flemington Sunday and ordered customers to get on the floor while they bound some employees.

Authorities say the men wore hoodies or construction helmets in a bid to obscure their identities. One construction helmet was orange and another had a Philadelphia Eagles logo on it.

Authorities say the men grabbed jewelry and drove off in what' believed to be a white Chrysler and a black Audi or BMW.

No shots were fired.
