Troopers say a two-vehicle crash was reported Friday about 4 p.m. near a McDonald's in Long Neck. Police say one vehicle fled the scene, but investigators were able to locate the vehicle.
Police say 59-year-old Deborah Pettyjohn of Millsboro was charged in the crash and was charged with her sixth offense of driving under the influence of alcohol and related traffic offenses.
Pettyjohn was taken to Sussex Correctional Institution on a $6,250 cash bond.
