Raymond Werthmann of Hatboro, PA asks: What is a Nor'Easter?

Erica's Answer:

A Nor'Easter is any big storm in the Northeastern United States. They usually happen in the winter or early spring. A Nor'Easter is not necessarily a blizzard, but these storms usually dump huge amounts of snow and bring high winds to the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic states. Beach erosion and flooding rains are very common with Nor'Easters, as well.
