Officers in Pullman say the WSU student was arrested Tuesday night with two other men for smoking in a parking lot. They were cited, fingerprinted and released shortly after midnight.
Less than two hours later the same student was busted again. This time, an officer says he saw the student and two other men passing a pipe in a pickup truck. The three were busted for pot possession.
