Police say a man was shot in the chest shortly after midnight near a building at the Arborwood Condos. They are located on Gibbsboro Road in Lindenwold, Camden County.
No arrests have been made. In December, Lindenwold Mayor Frank De Lucca told Action News that Arborwood is in deep trouble.
Residents have complained of drugs and gangs, vagrants, roaches, heating problems, and graffiti.
