Delaware State Police say a man was stabbed six times - including once in the heart - at a Wilmington club. Police say a fight broke out around 1:30 a.m. Friday at the Gold Club in the 1000 block of South Market Street.

They say the fight began to break up when the crowd saw a man staggering and realized he'd been stabbed.

The unidentified victim's neighbors drive him to Wilmington Hospital, where he was treated for four stab wounds to his back and two to his chest. Police say one of the stab wounds cut his heart, but they say his injuries aren't life threatening.

Police say they don't have any suspects or know what started the fight.
