Police say Handy is the man who wore a black mask, jumped over the counter, and held the tellers at bay with a shotgun, while another teller filled up a bag with cash.
Delaware State Police got a tip late last night that Handy was the man, and found the getaway car in his garage on Grand Teton Court in the Becks Woods development.
He's behind bars charged with along list of felony counts. Bail was set at $60,000.
