A policeman says he's "never seen anything like it."
Officials say one of the men couldn't pull the truck free of the parked car he had hit so his friend hopped behind the steering wheel.
The friend freed the truck but then drove it into another car parked down the block.
The men have been charged with DWIs and leaving the scene of an accident.
They're free on bail and are due in court next week.
