Man charged wtih starting West Philly fire - Philadelphia News

WEST PHILADELPHIA - August 3, 2008 42-year-old Derrick Robinson was arrested for causing the fire at the apartment building on 56th and Market Streets in West Philadelphia.

Police say that witnesses saw Robinson squirting a liquid on the first floor and lighting it on fire.

The fire displaced 8 families with a total of 14 people.

The fire started just before lunchtime in the 3-story apartment building.
