An accident injured six people on southbound I-95 overnight in Bensalem. The crash occurred early this morning when the 1989 Toyota Camry was negotiating a left curve in the southbound lanes of the highway near the Woodhaven Road exit. The car struck a guard rail, then spun out of control into the center median and rolled over, coming to rest on its roof.

Six people were injured in the wreck. All were taken to area hospitals for treatment of minor injuries.

Police say the operator of the vehicle, 20-year-old Michael Sawbo, was driving under the influence and under the age to consume alcohol. Charges are pending at district court.
