Livizos was reported missing by his wife when she returned home from work today, at 3:30 p.m. and found a note from him stating that he was going to his childhood home in New York City.
Mr. Livizos, whose nickname is "Tom", is driving a 2000 Cadillac Deville 4 door, pearl white in color, Delaware License Plate of 435811.
Livizos is a white male, 5'11", 225 lbs, gray hair and brown eyes. He may be wearing black pants a white shirt and a brown jacket. He suffers from the early stages of dementia and other health conditions. He does not have a cell phone. It is also believed that he does not have any cash or credit cards in his possession.
