BEAR, Del. - January 8, 2009
Police tell Action News that the victim, a man in his 30's, was crossing Route 40 in the eastbound lane around 6:00 when he was struck by a vehicle.
Medics rushed the man to Christiana Hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
Route 40 eastbound was shutdown near School Bell Road while troopers investigated.
