Call it a case of urination litigation

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - March 18, 2009

Virginia dock worker Sonya Tillett-Bond is accusing her union of discrimination.

She claims she's being punished because she relieved herself outdoors at the marine terminal in Portsmouth.

Tillett-Bond says male workers pee outside and nothing happens to them.

The suit charges the International Longshoreman's Association is refusing to hire her.

Tillett-Bond wants $300,000 in damages.

A jury was seated yesterday in a Norfolk federal court to hear the urination litigation.
