WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - March 26, 2009
An officer found the body just after noon on Wednesday in the
water near the 600 block of Justison Landing.
Wilmington police spokesman Master Sgt. Steven Barnes says the
body appeared to have been in the water for some time.
The body has been turned over to the Medical Examiner's office
to determine the cause of death.
Police say identification was found on the man's body, but they
are still trying to verify his identity.
