A Philadelphia man has pleaded guilty to robbing an elderly casino worker last year. Steven Samuel, 45, faces up to 10 years in prison when he is sentenced May 15.

Samuel admitted Thursday to attacking a coat-check employee in a service elevator at Bally's Atlantic City in March 2008 as she finished her shift. He grabbed her bag of cash from the coat room, then punched and kicked her when she would not surrender it.

He fled on foot, but was arrested nearby. The $155 in the bag was recovered.
