A New Orleans man is taking the Police Department to court, claiming he was harassed for wearing a black pinstriped skirt.
Jeremy Don Kerr is asking for one buck in damages and a ruling that his rights were violated.
Kerr claims he was wearing his skirt to municipal court, when an officer threatened to bust him.
Kerr says skirts are more comfortable than pants.
He adds that women love his look.
