Missing woman
FRANKFORD – May 18, 2009 Finnegan left the house on the 1000 block of Folkrod Street at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. They haven't been able to find her. She has some bipolar and manic depressant problems. She is on medication but doesn't have it with her. She was last seen going to pick up her SSI check at Frankford Ave. and Margaret St. to bring back home to her husband.
