3 cases of measles in Bucks

BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. - May 26, 2009 All are related and all are said to be under control.

Health officials say the first case involves a school-aged child. The other two cases are related to the first.

All three were unvaccinated.

Action News is also told all three individuals have been isolated and there is no risk to others in the community from these cases.

Measles is a preventable illness, but doctors say recently they've started to see more cases, partly due to fears about vaccines.

CDC officials say vaccines are safe.
