Man shot dead in wheelchair in N.J.

NEWARK, N.J. - June 4, 2009 - Authorities say the 70-year-old was found slumped in his wheelchair outside his Newark home with a single bullet wound to the chest late Wednesday.

His name has not been released.

There have been no arrests.
