His body was recovered near the Cape May-Lewes Ferry Terminal a few hours later after being spotted from a Coast Guard helicopter.

85-foot boat used for whale- and dolphin-watching cruises, at
around 10:15 a.m. Thursday, not long after the boat had pulled away
from shore.
