PHILADELPHIA (AP) - June 11, 2009 U.S. Attorney Michael Levy says 37-year-old Scott Allen Hornick
assembled a gang of burglars that broke into camera stores, music
stores, pharmacies and other businesses from Connecticut to
Virginia. Four other people have already been charged.
Hornick, who at one point was profiled on "America's Most
Wanted," escaped from the Warren County Correctional Center in
northern New Jersey on Aug. 6, 2001. He was arrested on a variety
of charges in July 2007 in Hartly, Del. and is currently in
custody.
Hornick's attorney, John Fioravanti, didn't immediately return a
call for comment Thursday afternoon.
