Philly police arrest man with practice grenade

Police say they have arrested a man who was ranting and wielding a knife in downtown Philadelphia - then called in the bomb squad after finding what looked like a grenade in his bag. Officer Tania Little says it turned out that the grenade was a practice round.

The man arrested Thursday monring near Ninth and Market streets wasn't charged with a crime. He was taken to a hospital for mental evaluation.
