Gun pulled in Bensalem Twp. holdup

BENSALEM TWP., Pa. - June 19, 2009 The holdup Thursday happened just before 5:30 p.m. at the "24/7" Convenience Store at 3510 Bristol Pike in Bensalem Township.

Police say 2 white men came into the store. One of them had a gun, the other worked as a lookout.

The suspect with the gun ordered a clerk to get money out of the register. They pair did get some money before the fled the store in a black Jeep with a soft top.

The suspect with the gun is described as a white man, about 6 feet tall. He's in his late 20s or early 30s. he was wearing a black jacket with a gray stripe down both sleeves, blue shorts, and black hat with a "P" symbol on the front.

The lookout suspect is described as a white male standing about 5'8" tall, weighing about 250 lbs. He was wearing a black T-shirt, black shorts, and a baseball hat.

Police say both men had several tattoos on their arms and legs

These suspects should be considered armed and dangerous, and anyone with information is requested to contact Detective Eliot Gross or Detective Larry Leith at 215-633-3719.
