SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - July 10, 2009 The affected areas are the 400 block of Erp Street, along with the 400 block of Wharton and the 1300 block of South Lawrence.
Even with insurance, replacing the tires will be expensive for the victims, not to mention the nuisance and lost time.
Victims are being asked to file a report with the 3rd police district.
Patrols will be stepped up in the area in the hopes of catching the vandals.
