Man pleads guilty in classroom attack of boy

ALLENTOWN, Pa. (AP) - August 12, 2009 Police say 37-year-old Willie Rivera went into a second-floor classroom at Raub Middle School in January, choked the student and snatched a chain from the eighth-grader's neck.

Rivera faces a maximum of 4 1/2 to nine years in prison after entering guilty pleas Monday to felony criminal trespass, misdemeanor theft and related counts.

The attack occurred the day after Rivera's stepson was attacked and robbed by a group of teenagers.
