The Bucks County Courier Times truck and car ran into each other about 5:15 a.m. on Woolston Road near Makefield Road in Falls Township.
Police say it looks like the truck driver lost control of his vehicle.
The accident caused two injuries. One person was taken to the hospital in serious condition, the other was treated at the scene for minior injuries.
The road has been closed while crews tend to the injured and police investigate.
