3 back-to-back accidents in Horsham

HORSHAM, Pa. - November 29, 2009

At around 5:00 p.m. police say an SUV rolled over numerous times at the intersection of Maple and Easton Roads in Horsham.

The SUV came to a rest on top of a used car that was for sale.

Three people in the SUV were taken to a local hospital.

It is being looked into if alcohol played a factor.

Once at the crash scene, Horsham police were called to another accident at around 5:30 p.m. at County Line Road and Delmont Avenue.

Officials say a motorcyclist collided with a Ford truck causing the cyclist to be ejected from the bike.

The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead hours later.

Moments after that accident, police were called for the report of a third accident, also involving a motorcycle.

Police say a motorcyclist was traveling southbound on Easton Road around 5:45 p.m. when he impacted the rear of an SUV.

The motorcyclist was transported in extremely critical condition to the hospital.

Easton Road was backed up in both directions in the area of the accident for a time.

Police continue to investigate all three accidents.
