The crash happened around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Cheltenham Avenue and Oakland Street.
Police say the driver of an SUV lost control and hit three parked cars.
The driver and one other person were taken to area hospitals for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police are investigating, but say the SUV driver will be charged with DUI.
