A warrant was issued in United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Thursday afternoon charging Bellini with the robberies of the Citibank branch located at 1211 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, on December 31, 2009, and January 6, 2010.

28-year-old Bellini is 5'7" tall, 200 pounds, with a bald or shaved head, and a tattoo on his right bicep of the word "Joey." While he has no known fixed address, he is known to frequent motels in the Norristown and Pottstown areas.

Bellini is considered armed and dangerous, and anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call the FBI at 215-418-4000, the Philadelphia Police Department, or their local police department.
