It happened shortly before 5:00 p.m. at Hunters Glen Apartments located on route 130.
Authorities say it appears work was being done on the 27 Building when a ladder came into contact with overhead wires. Two individuals who were working with the ladder were injured and transported to the hospital.
One subject was transported to Lourdes Hospital in Willingboro where he was pronounced dead. The other subject was transported to Cooper Hospital in Camden, his condition is not available.
Identification of the individuals is being withheld by the Police pending notification of family.
