It happened shortly after 2:00 at 300 East Marshall Street at the intersection of Marshall Street and Arch Street.
The vehicle appears struck gas meters attached to the side of the building. Police evacuated a nearby apartment building as a precaution.
The vehicle was cleared from the scene quickly and PECO arrived shortly before 3:00 a.m.
The female driver was not injured.
