Pa. man gets 30 years for 'toddler porn'

ERIE, Pa. - April 14, 2010

U.S. District Judge Sean McLaughlin imposed the sentence Tuesday in Erie. The judge says if 52-year-old Mark Brecker, of Corry, "is not incarcerated for the rest of his natural life, no child will be safe from this defendant."

Brecker must register as a sex offender if he lives longer than his sentence. He had previously pleaded guilty to producing and possessing the videos that were made between August and October 2008.

The case resulted when state police investigating child pornography on the Internet traced seven movies to Brecker's computer.
