Police were called to the Wawa along the 3900 block of Route 47 in Dorchester in Cumberland County late Monday afternoon.
They found a man dead inside a minivan in the parking lot.
People at the scene tell Action News that the van may have been in the parking lot for about a week.
New Jersey state police have investigators from the major crimes division working to figure out exactly what happened.
