Attorney Ronald Palmieri says a court hearing is scheduled for Friday morning that will decide whether the auction scheduled for Saturday can be stopped.

rton, photographs and lifetime achievement awards.Morton's widow, who married him after Ball's death, has also sued Luckinbill to get a judge's order authorizing the auction by Heritage Auction Galleries. Heritage says it supports Susie Morton's case.
